Grapefruit Meringue
Ingredients Serves 2
1 grapefruit
1 egg white
50grams sugar
Honey

Cut the grapefruit into half and cut loosen the flesh with a knife. Drizzle a little honey on fruit.
Whip the egg white. Add sugar in 2 batches. When the mixture stiff and glossy, it is ready.
